## Community Campaign #1: Explore AuraScan to Earn 100,000 $AURA

👉 **Join here:** GLEAM

### Campaign period:

Aug 25th - Sep 9th 23:59 (UTC)

### Rewards:

Total **100,000 $AURA** for grabs!

The Game of Harmony is a point-based campaign. Rewards will be distributed among all participants according to the total points each person accumulates throughout the campaign.

The Leaderboard will be updated daily **in this article** within 24 hours.

* *Note: *Explore the reward distribution formula at the end of this article.

### Requirements to join:

- Participants
**MUST HAVE**Aura Token, either in their wallet, staked in Baryon or as Liquidity token in the Liquidity farming pool.**Tokens on the Centralized Exchange do not count**as we have no way to calculate it. - Participants NEED to use
**AURA test tokens**in Euphoria network to complete all tasks.**GUIDE HERE.** - Complete Gleam social tasks
**HERE**. All the tasks to interact with AuraScan should be completed on**Euphoria testnet**. (Interactions with Serenity testnet will not be counted).

### Tasks to be completed:

Participants are recommended to complete all the tasks below to maximize their rewards. The task list includes 3 types of tasks, namely * One-time tasks*,

**Daily repeatable tasks****and**

*.*

**Occasional tasks**Let’s explore what you need to cover in this game with us:

### One-time tasks

- User delegates to at least 3 validators (50 points) - snapshot at the end of the program.
- User uses C98 Mobile App (100 points), takes a screenshot of browsing AuraScan. Example here.

### Daily repeatable tasks

- User makes a transfer on the wallet (10 points).
- User makes a redelegate (10 points).
- User claims rewards (10 points).

### Occasional tasks

- User votes on a proposal (100 points) - once per proposal.

### How to do tasks:

- Set up Aura wallet
**GUIDE HERE**. - Delegate
**GUIDE HERE**. - Redelegate
**GUIDE HERE****.** - Claim rewards
**GUIDE HERE****.** - Vote
**GUIDE HERE****.**

* *Note:* Euphoria faucet has been opened to claim test tokens. GUIDE HERE.

## Judging Criteria:

Play the game, do all tasks to get points and we will calculate rewards based on how much $AURA you are owning based on a predefined mathematical formula everyday. The formula is defined in the APPENDIX section

SECRET CODE: HARMONY

## APPENDIX

Rewards for participants are calculated **daily** at a random snapshot time. We will calculate the amount of rewards for each wallet depending on the number of Aura tokens they are owning and points they accumulated that day. In particular:

- Each day, a fixed number of $AURA is divided among qualified participants who complete mandatory tasks.
- From the snapshot on BNB, we calculate how many $AURA tokens each game participant holds. We also count how many points (or scores) the participants have during the day.
- Reward of a player A is calculated with the following formula:

The weight cannot exceed 1 by construction. The more token player A has relative to the total token of all participants, the more weight he has. To make sure whales are not receiving too many rewards, we do the scaling by raising the token holding to the power of the scaling factor, and recalculate the weight according to the total rescaled token holding. The scaling factor is a number between 0 and 1, with 1 equal to no scaling, and 0 equal to maximum scaling i.e all participants receive the same weight. We choose the scaling factor of ⅔, but it is subject to revision depending on the distribution of Aura holding. For example, if there is not much inequality in Aura holding, we will choose a larger scaling factor (i.e less scaling), and vice versa.

For example, suppose that there are two participants: A holds 20 Aura and B holds 80 Aura. The total Aura is 100. Without the scale, A and B’s weights are 0.20 and 0.80 respectively. We do the scale by raising the holding to the power of ⅔, i.e A “holds” 20^(⅔) = 7.37 and B “holds” 80^(⅔) = 18.57. The total “scaled” Aura is 7.37 + 18.57 = 25.94. A’s rescaled weight is 7.37 / 25.94 = 0.28, and B’s scaled weight is 0.72. Compared to the unscaled version, the scaled weights effectively raise the reward of player A and lower the reward of player B (the whale).

The relative score incentivizes players to complete all tasks. For example, the maximum obtainable score at day 1 is 60. Player A’s relative score is 1 if he completes all tasks. But if he forgets to make a redelegate, his score will be 50 and his relative score will be 0.83, and his total reward will be lower.
